POLICY DOCUMENTS (will be added as updated)

In any church, it is important to have well-thought-out policies and procedures, both to prevent anything untoward from happening to begin with, and to help everyone (especially new people and leaders) know how things are “done” at Bethel.

This is a “work in progress”. Do not hesitate to contact Carmen, our Church Administrator, should you have any questions, comments or suggestions.

SECTION A – ETHICS, Conflict of Interest, Whistleblower and Privacy – coming soon

The aim of these policies is as follows:

  • Conflict of Interest – to ensure that no staff member, leader or volunteer at Bethel benefits financially or materially from their involvement with the church in an unethical manner
  • Whistleblower – to ensure that any staff member, leader or volunteer feels free to address any situation without fear of reprisals from supervisors or other leaders
